OH, and who says you can't wear a wedding ring on your middle finger?What if you gain or lose weight? Or you decide you want to wear it on your toe? The decision is yours!
Well, after reading the story it was sort of automatic assumption that they have just gotten married in that picture. Besides, in some countries showing your middle finger is considered to be rude, so wearing a wedding ring on your middle finger might not be the best choise, unless you don't like your husband.
I didn't look at the comments until I looked at the picture closer.. WHY that was a shock when I found it ;0) MEL I sure wish my mother was as open as coloring outside the lines-- yours sounds like a very special lady!

I had to look really closely, but I did finally see the ring on the middle finger. Very odd! I wonder if it is explained in the book.
