Those are all good suggestions I just wished I could do them. I have 2 down on the list the drinking & smoking. I just wished I could get the other 10. I will try this year.
They are all good suggestions. I stopped eating meat nine years ago and I eat lots of soy products, vegetables and whole grains. I've brought my cholesterol levels down a lot.
Thanks for the suggestions...that is one my goals for the new year...be healthier.
