  6. This sounds like a great contest. Scanned your other blogs and I have a similar Taco Soup recipe which I love. Only thing is I add black olive pieces on top of mine with a dallop of sour cream. yum-yum Try adding some olives to yours.Unless, of course , you don't care for olives.

  21. Hello Marelou!

You cracked me up. I love being around others from my era/s, because we "get" each other, you know? If one of my daughters read "you love us, you really love us!" she wouldn't get it. I'd have to explain and that's just, well...wrong.

    Good-bye heart.
    (I had to add that.)

  22. Hi Cheryl,

I was afraid I was going to show my age with that comment...oh, well.

    Good-bye heart.
    (I had to add that.)

LOL! I took my youngest to breakfastlast week and they had oldies on. Ricky Nelson came on with Hello MaryLou and my daughter's ears perked up and said--cool mom, he's singing to you. Of course, she asked if the name was spelled the same. I said no; so she says--i guess it's not for you then, but it sounds the same so it can still be your song.

" sweet MaryLou, I'm so in love with you "
