My friend, Carla, sent me this photo. She and her sisters-in-law are in the North Side Cafe in Winterset, Iowa. Carla is seated on the stool where Clint Eastwood sat in The Brides of Madison County. Doesn't it look like they're having a great time?
Looks as thought they did a little redecorating since the movie was filmed, doesn't it?
LOL. When I read "Winterset, Iowa" my first thought was of Fons & Porter of quilting--my how we do change!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that something to think of sitting on stool where Clint sat long ago, cafe hasnt changed too much, I love the look an these ladies look like they are really enjoying themselves.

It does look like they are having fun. That must of been something to sit on the same stool that Clint Eastwood sat on when they made The Brides of Madison County movie. It does look like they made a few minor changes in the cafe but not many.
