For me, Christmas is a time for family and togetherness. It's my favorite holiday of the year. Everything is so pretty and cosy.
So, I think I love Christmas stories for that very reason. I love stories where the lead characters end up cuddling by a roaring fire. It's just so romantic.
I think Christmas stories prepare me for the season more than shopping, decorating, cooking..because the stories get to your heart & that's where Christmas comes from..your heart. Nancy Callahan Greenfield
Hi Cheryl, One reason I love Christmas stories is the food! I always feel like going on a baking spree after reading one. Christmas stories are feel-good stories, and that is another reason I love them.
I believe we love Christmas stories because we all have one. The year that everything went wrong, the perfect year where you received a gift that touch your heart. No matter the year, we look forward to the season and dream of gifts under the tree.
