Cheryl--You should consider cooking two in a day. Do one in the morning and when it comes out, do another one. I always do my turkey ahead of time and freeze it (already cut) with all the juice. It warms up so nicely on Thanksgiving Day and I don't have to get up before dawn so we can eat on time.
Our church cooked 5 turkeys for our Thurs soup kitchen but only half the people who usually come were there so we had Leftovers and leftovers!! But I LOVE leftovers- thank Heaven for microwaves!
