ReplyDeleteLove your blog and your BOOKS!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comparisons...however, I don't tend to buy those products by the gallon like I do gas so I can afford to get them occasionally...it doesn't really make gas prices look all that much better (at least to me) when you consider the likelihood you'll have to buy a gallon of Whiteout at one time :(
ReplyDeleteThanks, jennylynn1216@yahoo.com
If they'd had gallon containers of WhiteOut when I used to write on an old manual typewriter, I probably could have used that much! I'd to have so much dried and flaked off WhiteOut on those keys that I'm surprised they could still move up to strike the ribbon/paper. LOL I bought it by the six-pack. Hey, and then I upgraded to those little white papers -- you had to back up to EXACTLY where the letter was you wanted to strike out, slide the paper between your page and the ribbon and hit the key.
ReplyDeleteOn second thought I must have dreamed all that, because I can't possibly old enough to remember it.
WOW! I heard the lowest gas prices are in South Carolina.
ReplyDeleteMaureen you crack me up!
If you think that is bad.
ReplyDeletegas is the equivalent of 5 pounds per galloon in the UK or approximately 9 dollars a galloon. Most of this is tax.
Boy, those prices really put things in perspective, don't they? And gas and oil are so much harder to come by.
ReplyDeleteWe just finished a six-day trip and gas prices seem to be dropping. Let's hope the trend continues into the Holiday Season when more folks will be taking trips to visit loved ones!
ReplyDeleteWe used to have one of those manual typewriters you mentioned. Remembering it makes me appreciate my computer a whole lot more!
