I just finished reading 'His Secondhand Wife' and absolutely loved it! ;-) You proved that it isn't always the wrapping of a gift that is so important but instead, what is inside the package ... You created such great characters ... both sad and yet strong in their makeup ... so loveable from the start ... Thanks again for the pleasure ... ;-) Patricia
Thanks, Patricia! I loved hearing that you enjoyed the story.
FYI, I'm currently writing a novella for the '06 Spring Brides anthology, and it's Charmaine's story. You wil remember her from His Secondhand Wife and perhaps from Sweet Annie. She is Annie's cousin who deserves to get the next "too-good-to-be-true" man! I think I've found him for her, and his name is Jack Easton.
Finished this up last week. Another "Keeper" for my shelves. My husband has noticed that my keeper shelf is 95% Cheryl St.John and only 5% other people. What can I say, I love your writing. Can't wait for the Novella next year!!

ReplyDeleteThanks Robyn! I don't mind a bit that your bookshelf is 95% Cheryl St.John books! LOL
ReplyDeleteAnd a note: There's a deleted comment on this page, making it look as though I censored somebody. LOL It was simply a double posting, so I removed it.
