    It's a white spruce! We cut it down ourselves at a local tree farm not too far from our house. They have gorgeous trees and it's always a fun outing to go pick it out. The temp was frigid this year so we moved a bit more quickly than usual, but we all agreed we picked a great tree anyhow!! We have low ceilings in our old house, so we have to be careful not to choose anything too tall or our angel ends up with a headache ;-). Thanks, Cheryl!!
