Brain Orientation Test

RIGHT BRAIN / LEFT BRAIN TEST

This is fascinating.
Supposedly you can make this dancer go either direction, depending on your right brain or left brain activity.

As of Monday:
Others have assured me that the dancer does indeed turn to the left, but I cannot make her do so. I look away and look back; I sneak up on her; I stare; I squint; I peek through my fingers at only her feet or her head, but she moves clockwise.

As of Tuesday:
Okay, Kristin made her turn the other way by thinking about numbers, so I sat and thought about amounts of payments and due dates and tried a few multiplication tables in my head and I finally GOT HER TO TURN THE OTHER WAY!! whoo hoo!

So...what about you?

  1. very interesting! Gee, guess what, she was turning clockwise. And my brains to fuddled this morning to try and get her to dance another way. This might be a good exercise in concentration.

  5. Thanks for sharing, as always! Very surprised that I was able to make her change within a minute, let her go for a min then tried 1-2 min to reverse & gave up.

  8. same here, at first i was just seeing her go right but after staring at her feet, i got her to turn left and right like she were dancing and not turning... i found that is easier for me if focused on her feet's shadow, i could make her go left or right as i pleased.
