  3. Since you're the first to read it, this is my first feedback, so thank you!

I made that flipbook yesterday. It took me a couple of hours and still isn't exactly what I wanted. I'll be trying again.

I appreciate hearing that the pictures emulate the book -- I tried really hard!

  9. Cheryl, I am 25 miles north of Norfolk but am in Norfolk often. Is your daughter still in the area? My Sisterchick friend lives in Norfolk and that is where I shop.

  10. Connie, what is a Sisterchick? I can imagine, but asking for clarification.

I used to travel to Norfolk once a month from '84-'87, plus Columbus, Fremont & S Sioux City; only been there a few times since. Knew many of the nearby small towns as our clients came to us from the surrounding communities as well as Norfolk.

  11. Sisterchick is a phrase made up by an author, Robin Jones Gunn. It is a noun meaning a friend who shares the deepest wonders of your heart, loves you like a sister, and provides a reality check when you are being a brat. Gunn has written several sisterchick books and I think she must hae been with my friend and I on some of trips. We have so much fun. and sometimes we just run away for a weekend.

  12. Thanks Connie. I have some R J Gunn books but they are in TBR pile which is ENORMOUS!! ROFL

Was listening to Christian radio this evening and heard the term- are they also a band? No, not the Dixie Chicks.

I did a google search and found a SChick cruise and devotional book as well as the definition you gave

  13. The Sisterchick books are great! Two friends off on an adventure. Always with fun happenings such as overflowing hot tub. They are very entertaining. Have not heard of a band by that name but it would be a good one. The books will never take the place of my romance books but fun while I wait for my favorite authors.
